I'm proud to announce that we are partnering with Westland Real Estate Group to bring an exciting new project to the Successor Agency site at Atlantic and 61st in Council District 9.
Resident feedback is important in assesing how to integrate community preference within the scope of this project, which will enhance economy and culture in Uptown.

Since the 1930s, Houghton Park has stood as the central meeting location and heart of the North Long Beach community. Even today, it is arguably the most used park in the city.
The Long Beach City Council has a unique opportunity to invest in our city's biggest infrastructure needs. I believe that the condition of Houghton Park should be a top priority.
