2nd Annual Latin Jazz & Blues Festival

This is a free community event hosted by Long Beach Councilmember Steven Neal on July 27th from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Featuring The Jazz Angels, New Blues Revolution, Dat EZ Band, Box Car 7, Susie Hansen Latin Jazz, and DW3.

There will be a Kid Zone, Food Trucks, and a Vendor Fair. Still accepting vendor applications.

Q: Do you believe that this new paramedic model should be implemented in the City of Long Beach?
A: No. The city council should identify the means to fully fund the current paramedic service model and maintain response times.

They are considering the implementation of an Alternative Paramedic Deployment Model and also considering the policy on the use of Ground Emergency Medical Transportation funding to restore fire fighter staffing levels.
